Even deciding to end her indecorous lustful relationship with her boss was really only because he fired her. Yeah in the end she does help Adam get his girl back but again, that was her fault and morality didn't lead the charge, her guilt-ridden self did.
The movie doesn't actually show any real growth just culpability. She just fixes problems she causes and in the end, maybe she is on the path to doing better but I doubt it!
