This saucy little Tabata Workout is quick but it's intense! Just two different Tabata circuits to get through - 4 rounds of each! Tabata is meant to have repetitive exercises performed at maximum intensity so give it your all during those 20 seconds of work. Use this quick session on its own, as a warm up or as a workout finisher. No equipment needed so clear some space and follow along!

okay I did it! i didn't think i'd do another tabata but i gotta do the hard things and then they get easier! it's rainy here in the eastern part of the country (us) and this brought some sun into the day.
