I mix pure cocoa powder with a tiny bit of honey and dip fruits. It's like having dark chocolate covered fruit! I especially like it with strawberries and oranges.

Cocoa powder (non dutched) gives you the benefits without the fat or added sugar. My favorite snack is eating it on a frozen banana after it melts a bit with some nuts. Dark baker's chocolate is also good if you aren't worried about the fat content.
