I remember when I read Malcolm X's autobiography and he was touched by this same sentiment in his journey to mecca. He was embraced and loved by Muslims that were the same complexion as his oppressors back home, and that's when he realized that not all white people were devils and that Islam is for everyone, regardless of skin color.

Yep I wear regular street clothes everyday and dress the same for the most part. It has purpose. If someone is judging or discriminating against you for wearing certain clothing then that’s a big red flag to stay away from them and not associate with them. 💯
