I am Muslims and I never wear my traditional garments when I travel….just for that reason! It’s embarrassing to think that everyone is a terrorist. I was born here and mostly all my family is Islamic. My husband said when we travel he don’t want me to dress traditional for this reason. 😢

Being a Sikh with a turban, I was used to these sorts of checks. You have to understand, they're there for our safety and we need to allow them to do their jobs. Most of the staff are super respectful so we need to be understanding too.
