wow, now i understand the backhand clear, the squeezing part is not easy to get it . when I got the loosing thumbs and the squeeze part right, it comes very naturally . you are almost the only one to explain this part more clearly than others .

I'd just mention that the elbow should be low (not high) in the preparation phase and it's then thrown upwards at the start of the stroke. (you're actually doing this at the end of the video when demonstrating the shot 😉)
