It’s certainly a great time to talk about staying healthy but there doesn’t seem to me to be enough talk about healthy lifestyles. Rather than focusing on short-term attempts to overt illness, how about long-term approaches to our overall health. Well, in many ways, that’s what our channel is all about here! Living on the road, in a simple manner, and being closer to nature, is a choice we’ve made that benefits our physical and mental health. We get more exercise, less stress, more time to do what makes us happy such as be with the dogs or hike in the mountains or read, a heightened ability to eat healthy, and the chance to get away from it all of things get a little too crazy in society. This simple nomad life is one that we love because it’s good for us. We have been on the road for many years now & have never ever been sick once! Wow! I used to get sick at least once a year before when I lived in the rat race. Now I sleep better, get more activity, and eat more veggies. Plus those nights under the stars and morning mountain sunrises don’t hurt either! So, check out our videos if your new to the channel so you can see how we live & why we live this way. You’ll get all kinds of ideas on how to do it cheap and how to constantly simplify life. We learn new tricks each day & love to share with others. Health starts with happiness.

As an avid, and often puzzled, observer of human nature, throughout my life I've been curious why we do the things we do. To be constantly aware of thoughts, actions, beliefs, and what IS, and then questioning those things, is probably the most important thing one can do. We are conditioned early, and constantly, by family, friends, and media to be & believe a certain way, and rarely if ever question it. Certainly the industrial age had an impact on our "work life", and has greatly affected our mental & physical health. Our wants & "needs" for things over experiences and relationships, has made us distant from each other and nature. Now that I'm retired, and am able to distance myself from most of this madness, I'm eager to prepare my SUV/"home on wheels" for the remaining journey.
It's encouraging to see y'all figuring this out and taking the plunge while you're still young - safe travels!

well put... you seem very centered and relaxed yet still plugged in. Its interesting that technology has given us the ability to regress into a slower pace but we choose not to.

I know you guys are very frugal and travel slow but where do you get your money from? I’m curious. I am financially independent but would have to live extremely frugally to not have to work. Did you save up a big amount and invest it or make money on the road? I would love to live a life like yours and I have three dogs so you guys inspire me to travel with them. I didn’t think I could do it before coming to your channel. I love your videos.
