Hi Stephanie, I think you are an amazing cook as well as an extremely patient teacher. Your recipes are absolutely accurate as I have tried most of them and all have turned out great! This is the first time I have tried to make a cheesecake and it turned out fab. I didn't have gelatin but added a tablespoon full of strawberry jelly to the syrup. I also added a teaspoon of strawberry essence and a dash of pink colour to the cheesecake batter. Turned out really tasty and great looking. Thanks.

Hi Ms. Stephanie, I want to say that I made this cheesecake recipe three times already in two weeks. My mom doesn't really like sweet dessert, but she likes this one. She even asked me to make it again this week. I add a little fresh lemon juice in the mix :). I put some strawberry and blueberry sauce on the top of the cheesecake.
