I think that’s SMDC Light Residence at Boni. US $500/mo = 29, 000 Php or so. If the unit is the usual 23sqm then I’ve seen these going for 15-20K or so but the location is convenient and the mall downstairs is not bad and it’s near several larger malls

Yeas, i agree that the place is so close to supermalls and very convenient because its near to mrt.You could go anywhere with mrt and lrt as means of transportation.
