What type of property videos do you want to see next? Let me know down below.

Nice selection, thank you.
One thing for viewers to remember is that these are asking prices, often more negotiable/flexible than in other parts of the world. I've heard a lot of stories - both from tenants and renters - where the final rental agreement was 50-70% of the advertised asking price (compare that to Toronto, where tenants are currently in bidding wars, offering above asking prices on rentals).

For a large international city, these rent prices are great.
I own. So that takes care of that.
With owning and not renting. I can live really well for 2, 500- 2 700, Dollars monthly

Thank you Evan! I love the updates as you keep us updated on various costs of living in some very nice areas. There are a lot of channels that cover the more provincial areas, and we know we can live a more rural lifestyle with lower costs, but it comes with some trade offs. TBH, you can have both a city and province living location and still save money in comparison to the US. Keep those great videos coming!

Young man Prince: That was the best representation I have seen in the Manila area. Having been stationed at Clark Air Base, Philippines way back in the day as US Air Force Security Police. I was so accustomed to not wanting to move to Manila. Now, I can give it a second thought. Really contemplating long term stay of at least 1 year to 3 years. Or possible retirement there. Getting close to my retirement years. This video is great for thought. Thank you for educating us. Oh by the way, my days of living in the dorm in the military room space was usually 250 square feet. So, all including the first property is enormous to me. GOD speed in the Philippines.

Have you made a video about the renting application process? Is it much different than the US?

I know it's more work but take a personal tour for us would be really nice. You can show off all the facilities that come with the property and maybe any near by shops/restaurants. Take your camera out and give us a journey.

I lived in a 3 bedroom place in Mckinley Place back in 08. Great location across from High Street... Emelda actually owned the top floor. Our company was paying around $4k for the place... dope ass spot! BGC is the ONLY area I would live in...

Evan, good info and it looks like some of the audio and the pics are not all in sync.

Excellent review of condos in the Manila area. The one I like the best was #9 (2 bedroom, 1 bath, 58 sq meters) $800/month with a great kitchen with oven and a washing machine and balcony and located in Makati.

Great job as always! Are all utilities included at these prices? Thanks

They all seem like nice places. They might seem small for American standard, but they are fine for Philippine standard.

The prices, is that for long term rent? Cheaper if i rent long time? Yes/no?
