24 sqm condo tour | My teeny tiny condo in Manila, Philippines!
Показать описание
Hi guys!
I shot this at 11PM at night that is why I am almost whispering (I don't want to wake up my condo neighbors and yes -- you can sometimes hear your neighbors in my condo).
Sharing with you guys my 24sqm condo and how I decorated it (didn't use an interior designer). All in all I think I spent PHP 100-120k furnishing the unit and adding in the appliances. The expensive ones were the inverter ref and inverter aircon, which set me back almost 50k. I think it is money well spent because I airbnb my unit out and my monthly electric bill has not yet exceeded 3,000 (thank God!). If I find the receipts from my furniture/appliance shopping, Ill put accurate info down below. But Ill give you estimates right now:
* Keppel inverter aircon (I think I got between 1 and 1.5hp) - Anson's - Estimated cost 28-32k
* Inverter ref (forgot the brand) - Abenson - Estimated cost 8k to 11k
* Haier LCD Smart Tv 32" - SM Appliances - Estimated cost 11-13k
* Overhead kitchen cabinets - SB Furniture - Estimated Cost: 11-12k
* Queen sized mattress with bedframe and pullout bed - Anson's - Estimated cost: 8 to 12k
* Wardrobe - can't remember - 4k
* TV rack - SM Department Store - 6k
* 4 seater dining table - Anson's - 5k
* Custom blinds - 5k
* Water heater - 3 to 5k
The others I forgot already. Obviously I bought a microwave, an electric stove, kitchen utensils, linens, bathroom mirror, etc :)
Developer is SMDC. Personally I am very happy with my condo unit. The location is perfect for me and it is right beside a mall. The property is managed professionally and I feel like I am in a high end condominium even if I didn't luxurycondo prices.
Current monthly amortization is PHP 20,800, plus 2,500 monthly association dues. I am currently able to rent it out at PHP 1,000 per night on airbnb but I have to pay for utilities + internet so it pays for itself but doesn't leave much room for profit. Still, I am happy and content that it currently pays for itself and I hope it continues to do so this 2019 (& beyond!).
If you have any questions, please leave a comment below and I'll try to answer them :) Be nice please, and kindly subscribe if you like this video! Thanks!
