I had a BMW 535i. Good to drive but poor quality after 30k-50k miles. The Acura TLX drives like a BMW but it got Toyota/Honda/Lexus reliability! Love it!

I worked in the Weld department where we build the bodies on these TLX's, the body is built like a tank, way heavier than the current CRV and ILX. The Accord chassis preceded the TLX and it is also a very robust structure. Every new model has to follow the latest crash ratings which require much more engineering to keep the body as light as possible but maintain the latest 5 star crash ratings. So the new TLX has some new technological components that are the first to be used on Honda's mass produced body structures.

That's a hell of a nice car. I wanted an Acura TLX, but I settled for a 2022 Toyota RAV4 instead. I needed new windows on my house more than I needed a TLX. lol

I saw the new Acura TLX at the dealership when I was bringing in my 2019 RDX for service. At the time the MSRP was 53, 700. They are absolutely beautiful cars.

The engine is a masterpiece. Honda NA V6 engines always sound good, but the fact that they actually have a clear crisp exhaust note on a turbo V6 engine shows the amount of time they put into tuning and testing it. Turbos often muffle some of sound so you only hear what makes it past the turbo.

Wow, that's a gorgeous car. I usually don't like the sound a V6 makes, but this is one of the rare exceptions. Makes sense though, I like the sound of an NSX as well, both classic and modern releases.

Absolutely love my TLX. The front grill & lights are my favorite part of the car. They really stepped it up with the grill compared to the older models silver grill. It’s just beautiful. Only thing I wish it had, is a panoramic roof (although I know that’s more common on SUV’s but some caters do have it). I love the car.

I've been waiting for this car for a long time. I'm currently driving a 2003 Acura TL Type S that I bought new. It's been a fantastic car, and the 300-horsepower VTEC V6 still purrs. The only thing I've done to the car that was unscheduled was a new power steering rack at 200, 000 miles.

My wife and I owned 2004 Acura TL, it was very fast, 6 cyl did over 150 and beat hemi’s.
