Amazes me how Ed's brief backing vocals matter so much to this...

Imagine the pressure on that poor drummer.

My wife passed away almost 4 months ago (46y) and Weird Fishes was her favorite Radiohead song. We played it at her funeral and I cry every time I listen to it. I miss her so much.

Edit: I want to thank everyone who took the time to react on a comment from a complete stranger.

It's been almost a year now and I still struggle to find peace and a reason to keep going. But I try, knowing that she wanted me to keep going.

Edit 2: Thank you for all your words of support. It means more to me than you can imagine. I'm still trying to find my place again in the world. But I know she would want me to be happy again at some point. She really was/is the love of my life.

"Your eyes, they turn me"

I could hear that a thousand times and it would never get old

How can they keep that tempo with many guitars plucking at the same time withthe different notes, INSANE

I am not the kind of guy who comments that under every video but that right here is truly a masterpiece and musical craftmanship at the highest level. Everything is so precise and warm and blends into one another. I have no words for this piece of music. I've been listening to that song for years now and it'll be always among my favourite songs as long as I breathe.

In the deepest ocean
The bottom of the sea
Your eyes
They turn me
Why should I stay here?
Why should I stay?

I'd be crazy not to follow
Follow where you lead
Your eyes
They turn me

Turn me on to phantoms
I follow to the edge of the earth
And fall off
Everybody leaves
If they get the chance
And this is my chance

I get eaten by the worms
Weird fishes
Get towed by the worms
Weird fishes
Weird fishes
Weird fishes

I'll hit the bottom
Hit the bottom and escape
Escape

I'll hit the bottom
Hit the bottom and escape
Escape

i really love the "hit the bottom" part. its towards the lowest parts of thoms range and it just sounds so warm.

Typical Radiohead. The song from the album you initially liked the least ultimately becomes your favourite song from the album.

I got Yorked.
