It was one of the most challenging habits to break!!

It felt like all my hard work during the day was wiped clean in those 20 minutes of uncontrollable snacking๐ŸŸ๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿช

But it all changed when I started paying attention to my morning schedule.

I began ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ into my daily morning routine, no matter how busy my schedule was. It helped me feel satiated throughout the day and reduced my cravings.

Another game-changer for me was ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—บ๐˜† ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ฒ. Having ready-to-eat, high-protein foods helped me feel fuller for longer, and reduced my urge to reach out for unhealthy snacks.

I also kept high-protein snacks like Greek yogurt, beef jerky, and protein bars on hand during the day. It helped me curb my hunger and prevent me from succumbing to night-time binges.

Finally, I started ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—บ๐˜† ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—น๐˜† ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ intake and WOW what a freaking gamechanger.

Adding fiber in as a regular part of my diet completely changed the game.

With these 3 shifts I became so much more in touch with my hunger cues and it naturally helped me to regulate my normally big appetite.

Now, I feel like a completely new person.

My night-time binges are a thing of the past, and I have way more control over my cravings.

Itโ€™s so normal to eat everything under the sun when youโ€™ve been restricting your calories all damn day long.
