Stop panicking
Youre an academic weapon
List what all youll study, your resources, and make studying fun. Flashcards- time yourself like a game.
Create a study plan- create resource priority list, where by the end of your week, you have completed all you need to do for you to ace your exam.
Give yourself 2-3 hours/ shorter time to study, not a whole day go to a nice place.
Read your notes before you sleep.
Clean your diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Dont eat too much.
A nap/ music/ gym session to refresh yourself.

Pov: While everyone is worried about final exams, you have a high school placement test that will determine your future because of a shitty education system 🥲

For maths I did around 37 practice papers. Timing yourself really helps and it helped me to go from 50% to 97% in 2 months (i timed myself for 3 hours and finished in 2hrs 30mins, you need 30mins to review and check if what you've written is correct) hope it helps!

One of my pro tips is, besides lerning with understanding and regular breaks between study sessions, is to write things down and speak it out loud at the same time (multible times; meaning till you can recall it by yourselfe, till you know it by heart), so you have 3 ways nearly simultaneousely to your brain (seeing, writing and hearing). Those things i even know when excited during an exam. I learned e.g. french that way, and recently after 13 years of not using it i was amaced that i could perfectly understand what was written in an theology encyclopedia/ lexikon?.
