To anyone curious about what happened to the cat I found last week, I found her owner and she was returned home. The next day I got a really nice (actually) text from her owner asking if I wanted to keep her. Guess who now has a kitty cuddle buddy to watch vincey with forever!!

Edit for those of you wondering why the owner gave her up: she used to be super happy with the family (parents and 3 kids) but within the past few years, she decided she didn’t really want to be around them. She only ever wanted to be outside and would hide when inside. She’s currently not eating as much back home. I posted pictures of the cat and I cuddling on Facebook saying she was returned and that’s when the owner texted me saying she NEVER did that! I honestly think she found me and not the other way around (especially considering she walked into my home at 3am). The owner is super nice and lives just down the road from me and is allowed visits whenever she wants. I think we’re both just trying to do what’s best for her and want her to be happy. It’s a very hallmark heartwarming story and I’m excited to get her back!

Sometimes when you say something isn't so bad, or isn't as bad as the rest of the things we see, you say it about things that are still sexual harassment. Like asking for pictures for money from a random person (as opposed to going to someone who actually makes this their job) - this is sexual harassment and it's violating even if they respond well when she says "no." It would still be a bad experience if he didn't try to argue with her. It always makes me feel a bit bad when you do that, I know you don't mean it that way but it minimizes the harm of those behaviors.
