What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.

The key point is the Fed needed a slowing jobs market to ease inflation. They have eased inflation, slowed the jobs market a little and kept GDP growing. Based on this they have done a superb job and yet the markets are acting like it's the end of the World.

Buy this dip, it's a gift.
