It's so awesome that this scene was uploaded. This was Camryn Manheim's first film appearance, the girl standing behind Clint Eastwood. She went on to have a very long career on The Practice, Ghost Whisperer and Law & Order.

That "dog shit" played in a lot of films. He is Kevyn Major Howard, and he played another punk named Stomper in Death Wish 2 (in the scene where he had his "meeting Jesus" moment with Charles Bronson). He also played Rafterman in Full Metal Jacket. Behind Clint Eastwood in that elevator scene was a young Camryn Mannheim.
