Several months ago, Darren walked into our academy on a Friday night in Temecula, California. I got to roll with him. He's very technical needles to say he tapped me more than a couple of times in a six-minute round and showed me some moves he tapped me with, which was excellent. I'm glad I found your channel.

I asked my professor the other night on 2:51 and on how to get out of a mounted triangle better and he was saying really advanced question and legit said the same thing you did and it was amazing lol. He said keep my right elbow in under your hip and move my legs out on the left side and push that right elbow really hard and it will make it so hard for them to mount the high guard triangle.
