I'm a black belter, when a yellow or red belter ask me to play with them, I only use much force in defensive but when making offensive I only Kick slowly so that they can learn there wrong stances. Shame to that black belter and Coach.

We control ourselves while sparring with lower belts unless they are bigger or older than us (depends). This is definitely not a good ways for lower belts to learn and experience. They will become more fear and lost confidence when comes to fight.

kahit utos pa yan ng coach na magsparring dapat yung black belter alam nya magcontrol, nd yung sa mukha nya talga sipain. alam mo ang capacity mo kumpara sa kalaban mo kaya dapat marunong ka mgadjust. ang coach may kasalanan din dapat kc sparring lang nmn nginstruct siya sana sa player nya na wag namn yung mukha ang titirahin para sa safety ng knyang mga players at nakikita nya nmn na mjo dehado ang babae pero hinahayaan nya lng na ganoon.
