Sorry - It’s not a true abridgment Of the First Amendment because there are certain situations that are not protected speech, such as address to a captive audience or where a business is being conducted which supersedes the need for expression... In other words just because it is a public building doesn’t make it a public forum. It’s all about the totality of the situation.
The trespass order was legit and they could’ve more legitimately arrested him inside the library or even outside... (For delaying the trespass order, which was explained to him more than once)... But there may have been excessive force. But he didn’t have an absolute right to video record in a public library.
Many auditors have a very limited and arbitrary understanding of The First Amendment right to free speech/freedom of the press.

Officer F'd was over when he pushed Johnny out. He was pissed and did not like the comment. This guy isn't strong on de-escalation and should have left it alone. Egos and tempers are what gets many officers in trouble, and in this case I would NOT afford him any qualified immunity. If you can't control yourself on the job, especially this job, then you the taxpayer.

Someone posted the library's code of conduct. It says no video/audio for commercial purposes. Hmmmm, wonder what that all entails?
