No Aaron as an empath growing up around narcissists and angry controlling people I was battered, I was in fear most of the time and I hid my authenticity so that I could belong and feel safe. Now I look on that period as an initiation that my soul chose. And now I've gone no contact with my family of origin so that I can practice being authentically me and have healthy relationships . And it's definitely working. I no longer feel defensive and afraid
Edit And Aaron you could call us all manipulators because we are manipulating matter we are creators.
On a human leve howeverl it's not helpful to call empaths / highly sensitive people( HSP) manipulative because they've had enough shaming from the other 80% of the population. The tables are turning and the empaths are stepping into their power now and taking the lead

I would always tune to others energy. If someone was unhappy I would try to make them feel happy and always be nicer when they huffed and puffed. Learnt so much and don’t do this anymore

Thank you Aaron! I uprooted myself from my family and their toxicity. I moved 800 miles to align myself with what resonated with my well-being. That energy continued through phone calls, etc...I had to let that go too. It was hard to let go, but I was able to break away, and how amazing I feel now. I finally have a sense of peace that I have never experienced before. I moved 3 years ago, and with a fresh start, I am very picky with who I bring into my space. I appreciate your videos being an empath 💛

I used to be a binger, consumer and an energy addict because I never had it within me.
Nowadays, I make my own energy, my own content and maybe (just like this video) if I come across something aligning with my purpose I’ll give attention to it . I clicked on this video because I generated an energy within myself during my allignment of self, which this video coincidentally came across.

In overall interpretation, you consume because you lack energy. Instead become it. 🙏🏾 hope this helps people.

Absolutely. So true. My Dad was a narcissist. I'm an empath. Yes I agree I get validation from it but realised the hard way that we can't get validation from others. Then people are so used to you being like it its uncomfortable to change.
I've cut off from a few people off and doing without the validation. It's really helping. I like being on my own anyway. Some therapists in the past have told me it's not good to be on your own too much

It’s the first time empath advice has made any sense and actually seems like something I can take control of.

You have to identify and know the enemy before you can conquer and triumph over it.

Finally it seems easy. Because this is real!

I’m excited to put this knowledge to practice and attract more spiritually evolved experiences into my future and stop wasting my energy dragging around under evolved energy vampires trying to feed themselves with my light.
