3:37 having used a laptop with a Ryzen 3 2200U as my daily driver for 3.5 years, the 3200U would have been a welcome upgrade. The tiny increase in performance was noticeable in regular use for the "little" features - like blurring - or otherwise customizing the background during a Zoom meeting - couldn't be done on the 2200U. Things like that.

The ability to upgrade to Windows 11 - well, if Windows 11 had been a good thing...
