Quick and Easy Guacamole

This is so ridiculously simple it doesn't even need a recipe. But we made a video anyway. Two minutes and you're done.

I do the same thing only I drain the salsa and add a squirt of lime

fresh coriander/cilantro & a spring onion really enhances taste i think and only adds a few extra prep minutes if you're chucking all ingredients into the food processor. And for the non-veggies, a streak of bacon, a layer of cream cheese + the guac on ciabatta is just so damn good.

when i bought the avocado it wasn't that easy to chop up because it was cold and hard so how'd you get it to do that

Very nice, but people with bad hand coordination or aim should definitely not wack the avocado with a kitchen blade like that.
