Hi Travis! I got a question on my practice exam which was "How long does an appraiser need experience before they are licensed to appraise by themselves?" All the answers were months or years. Do you know? How long does it take to do 200 appraisals?

Is the VA Loan still the same? We had a practice question asking if a Vet could purchase an 80, 000 home with a 75, 000 loan. And the supposed answer was “yes, he just has to pay the extra 5, 000.” Which is true? Thanks!
