I've been tapping almost every day since I learned about it in May. I've tapped about anger, stress, jealousy, feeling left out, athletic injuries, and many other issues that have weighed me down and held me back emotionally. It's a wonderful practice that works!

Calm your nervous System. Understand that you are part of ONE consciousness. Go for a walk in nature. Hug a tree and from the bottom of your heart, tell the first living creature you see, you love it. Job done 😊

This does really work. I was about a 9 things are very bad ATM . But it left me at a 4. I will do it again later, I think I am gonna need it. Been getting worse all day as my mind goes crazy! THANKS RUSSELL xxx

I've just done this routine this morning for the first time sat next to my lovely dog. I felt very emotional at one point, i'm unsure why. I felt relaxed afterwards though, and I definitely plan on doing it again. Thank you for sharing :)

I harbor so much negativity it's crazy and so damaging to myself and my relationships as a partner and parent but this tapping brought a happy tear to my eye from so deep inside myself. Thank you both for the video 😊

Missed this on the Rumble/Locals live stream! So glad I found this YouTube video today. I’ve heard of tapping but never done it. Very helpful (though I wasn’t sure about the over the lip tapping as my philtrum is pierced. I opted to put my tongue under the piercing to avoid tapping my teeth 😬 😂). Love these stress reduction techniques!! Thanks for sharing!
