This is one of the most special videos I've ever made: the birth vlog of my unmedicated VBAC giving birth to our second son, Augustine ("Gus")! Thank you so much to my husband Mark who shot most of the videos when I was in intense labor and right after birth. I hope this video is encouraging to you moms who are going for a VBAC, especially those who want to birth unmedicated! It's so hard but incredibly worth it!

How many months postpartum were you! I’m due may 31 but my first baby was born via emergency c section due to heart rate dropping once after epidural still upset I wasn’t more informed, but I am going to be 16 months postpartum when I give birth and would love advice! I’m so scared but believe in my body!

I have learned to go by intensity rather than some 5 minute pattern
