This feels exactly how me, my big sister and my little brother. I was always closed to my sister, that is until she went to high school. She became distanted and all she cares is her friends and her bf. I always make jokes with my brother and sometimes lied playfully like “a monster is gonna eat you if you don’t brush your teeth” and he always belived me. He got older and got mad at me for lying to him, I tried to apolgise but he kept isolating himself from me. Now, it’s just me. Both of my siblings has grown up and now I’m alone in my apartment. I wish I could’ve been a better sister….

Me and my Cousin had been the best of best friends, almost sisters, for several years. But at some point, she became cold, almost without emotion. She stopped playing with me when I would go over, and no longer begged for a sleep over, still I don't know what happened then but I'm glad to have my greatest friend and favorite family member back to me ❤, and I believe that I have her fiance and soon to be son to thank for it 😌.
