Witness sees Trump shooter on rooftop BEFORE assassination attempt, alerts security at rally

Trump who is "doing well" after he was the target of an assassination attempt at his rally will be in Milwaukee to accept the Republican presidential nomination, according to a combined statement released by Trump's campaign and the Republican National Convention.
