WHY were these BOSSES Removed in Black Myth: Wukong? 🙉 (Lion Camel Ridge DLC?🤔) #blackmythwukong

Three major foes from Journey to the West—the Azure Lion Demon, Yellow-Toothed Elephant Demon, and the Golden-Winged Great Peng—were originally planned to appear in Black Myth: Wukong but didn’t make it into the final game. They ruled an area called Lion Camel Ridge, which was intended as the map for the final chapter before the game's climax. They were briefly mentioned in the prologue and only the Great Peng was shown in a small scene on the true ending cutscene, but beyond that, they were never given their own chapter or featured in the game.

Lion Camel Ridge could be an exciting new DLC area for the Destined One to explore.. Once ruled by the three yaoguai kings mentioned earlier, the Ridge was left abandoned when they were sent back to their Western Heaven masters. But after the reveal of the true ending, what if the Celestial Court has now asked the Western Heavens for help, sending the three yaoguai kings back to the Ridge to stop the Destined One? Their return could have them either bringing back their chaotic rule or facing new enemies that have taken over in their absence. This would fit right into the story, creating an exciting high-level adventure with intense boss battles, while adding a possible 'Black Myth' twist to the story of Lion Camel Ridge from the original novel.

Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG rooted in Chinese mythology. The story is based on Journey to the West, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. You shall set out as the Destined One to venture into the challenges and marvels ahead, to uncover the obscured truth beneath the veil of a glorious legend from the past.

In my country some leaks said the next DLC of Black myth Wukong they will include more 4 chapters and the 3 guai kings ( the lion, the white elephant and the golden- winged eagle) arc will be one of them. In the original novel, those 3 guai kings after caught Táng sānzàng( Wukong's master), they lied about they already eating him and Wukong believed that lie, he cried a lot and then he seek Buddha to give him the scripts or remove the head band on his head so that he could return to his mountain. Buddha then help him defeat those guai kings. In 3 of them, the Golden winged eagle is the strongest one, he is said to be as strong as Wukong, his speed is even faster than Wukong's flying nimbus, in the novel he managed to catch up Wukong, then caught him and brought back to his cave.

The three yaoguai king is shown as a sarcasm in the story since they were right beside the mountain which Buddha resides. Based on the novel, Wu Kong and others saw hundreds of miles of human corpses which they and their underlings have killed. But the Buddha who are nearby didn't do anything to stop them. In the end it was revealed that two of them belong to two Buddha while the third one got taken away by Buddha. It symbolizes the society which you can get away with anything as long as someone powerful enough is protecting you.

Maybe, these bosses will be in DLC? Because so far I am pleased with the final chapter even if it can be better.

Also the 3 guai kings arc area in the true original novel ( the one from centeries ago) was described very scary, dead bodies are everywhere, people's hairs, meats and bloods can be seen in many corners of the area. I don't know if Science Game will add these details to their maps because the original novel journey to the West was very dark, not joyful like the 1986 series

I forgot to say this, the next DLC title is "Black myth Wukong: Reborn" and we will play as Wukong not the Destined one anymore, they will also release another DLC before releasing another game from Game Science, named "Black myth Jiang Ziya" in the next year, the same month as Black myth Wukong released. I don't know if Black myth Jiang Ziya will be a part to the Black myth Wukong universe, we can only wait

we have confirmation that the yellow-toothed elephant demon still exists in the game files, we've even seen the model

and some have been saying that Erlang's lion form was originally the Azure Lion's model

For those done the NG+, how did you conquer the input latency on almost everything: dodging, heavy smash, drinking, spell. This is not Wukong, it’s truly a clumsy slow monkey. Game science is very punishing on players.

all the major boss were alive by the end of journey to the west. the eagle elephant and lion were kill. they can make up some bs to bring them back to life but it wouldnt fit the theme they had developed for for the rest for the game

Didn’t Wukong kill the eagle in that very scene? I’m confused on if death is a permanent thing in this mythology.
