Sr. backend over here:

1st. worst nightmare, from Friday to the next Monday, internet and the current company decide that backend roles do not exist anymore and CSS / HTML / vanilla JS is the 3 main tools to use on the products we build.

2nd. worst nightmare, observe Jr. engineer introducing very bad SWE skills and push to `main` branch or deploy with no code review at all (increasing the time invest to the project in the incoming future)

Jr. engineers: please, do not learn front end, in this world there are tons of possitions, try FE when all of you have "experience" in this field
