This is the "@ Home Cafe" where Miku Kobato, the founder of BAND-MAID, worked 10 years ago. It is the largest and most prestigious maid cafe in Japan. It seems that she got the idea of combining a rock band with a maid here. As an OG, she filmed a single MV here after the band became famous.
Btw, the "@ Home Cafe" does not hand out fliers or solicit customers in cosplay, which is common in the Akihabara area. The reason for this seems to be that they want to avoid damaging the image of the maid cafe industry by being mistaken for a shady shop, and the negative impact on the landscape and aesthetics of the Akihabara area by littering leaflets.

I've never been to a maid cafe before, but I've participated in the magic spell time twice already 😊. At Band-Maid concerts, Miku (band founder who used to work at maid cafes) will have a section where she gets the whole crowd to participate in moe moe kyun.
