My mate had been boxing for most of his life. I was in a lot of street fights growing up and i beat my mate everytime we spar. He is technically better than me in some ways and is faster and yet i beat him because i have a better knowledge of how fights work and how people react to certain things. It all depends on your fight iq and your timing etc. Streetfighting can translate into boxing
Boxing is a limited form of fighting when your learning the basics and the technique that it doesnt allow your mind to think outside the box in some ways and I used that as an advantage against him
