My advice on haram relationships: drop it completely, cold turkey. We wouldn’t accept our partners half giving up drugs, cheating, gambling, or any other habit that was displeasing to us. Yet, to Allah SWT we want to half give up haram? Islam is about moral consistency, not cherry picking.

Haram relationships doesn't add any value to your life, just drop it, it's poise, make it halal or goodbye and trust Allah he will give you better!!!

The greatest change I made towards myself was leaving Haram relationship and moving closer to Allah. And sometimes I wish I had done that earlier. Alhamdulillah for the knowledge of islam

Coming from a non practice and agnostic background, islam really was my savior, with the sense of purpose it gives.

This was such a heart-to-heart convo, especially the part where she talked about losing friends - I could relate to it so much. May Allah ease everyone's hardship and give them content :)

Even in the muslim world you will find these western ideals that people chase. The remedy to this is gain taqwa and learn the deen of Allah. For the one that truly fears Allah will be able to give things up for His sake, bithnillah. It is truly only Allah that guides. May Allah strengthen our emaan and taqwa. May Allah bless you if you are reading this comment 💞

In fact, the sister taught us very important lessons. I do not regret watching the video, and I wouldn't have watched it if all the sisters were not wearing the niqab.
So, praise be to Allah for His guidance, and may Allah bless you all.

All my muslim friends that moved to the UK and Europe since the 90s all stopped practicing Islam as its supposed to be practiced, only one still wears hijab. It's so sad. Everyone else went wild and their children barely know what Islam means apart from some fasting ramadan, that's about it. May Allah keep us all steadfast inshallah. Jazakallah khair.

I really appreciated her saying "you're not meant to fit it". I've been struggling with feeling isolated and lonely, especially since the Islamic community here is small and not very interactive and proactive. But it's true, that isolation is nothing compared to the reassurance that Allah (swt) has better for me. Either here or in the Akhira.
