do u have tutorial how to fix unrecognized cartridge or protected cartridge. tried 3 different used black cartridge none of them recognized. Tri color works fine.

Hello. I have I have had many problems since I purchased this printer. I found out that hp can lock your printer if you don’t do their instant ink program, it took me a long time and a lot of stress to figure this out. I don’t want to be in the ink “cult” because I don’t print that much. Apparently if you purchase ink and you cancel your subscription they will lock your printer for using the rest of the ink cartridge!!! Ridiculous!! The worst part is HP doesn’t tell you that they lock your printer m, it just won’t work!!
