Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

My boyfriend, who is 59, and has been in heart failure since 2015, was just removed from SSDI. He meets all of the criteria written right on the SSA website. 5 stents, pacemaker, on his second implanted cardioverter/ defibrillator. He was awarded SSDI on the first hearing, as there was no doubt about his health status. His cardiologist at the time told me " he might possibly live another 20 years". Since that time, he had yet another heart attack. He IS in chronic congestive heart failure. So, he may have approximately a decade or so of life left. We will lose our home in the process. So, if anyone thinks the government gives a DAMN about you, think again. They prefer to see you six feet under.

Vacation? What? I can barely make it 2 weeks with my social security. Everyone needs to say NO to digital dollars.

once social security is set for any individual who has payed in for many years, must be locked in for the rest ofthier life! it is not the governments money, it belongs to "we the people"!

The government has to quit taking care of the illegal people that coming in the country this has to take a toll on the money for disabled people and the economy in general

If the government hadn't been taking money from SSI and not paying it back, this wouldn't be the situation. It's the government being irresponsible with the citizens tax money.

We paid into Social Security all our entire working life, they owe us to pay us what they owe

If they want to end social security then give me back the money I've put in for the last 60 years!

I gave up my career to take care of my mother in law, 1st with breast cancer. I went back 2 years later and worked almost another year. My mom in law called me at work and informed me that she couldn't find her way home. Dr. Informed us that she was starting Dementia. So for almost 16 years I have been taking care of her. I retired in February 2024 . My check is only $540 a month because I love my mom in law ❤

I’m a 69yo Veteran and I collect SS retirement benefits. I don’t have a pension Or a part-time job. I’m trying to survive on Social Security and it’s very difficult. Originally I lived in NY but had to leave because NYC is a very expensive place to live. I moved North Carolina and it’s still very difficult to survive. I started paying into Social Security in 1969 & stopped in 2019. I think I’ve paid my share! We are forced to pay into Social Security and when it’s time to get some of the funds back our government tries to stop us from receiving it. The US government sends millions of dollars to illegal Immigrants and to other countries who hate America 🇺🇸.
I TRULY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY

I actually became disabled in the 80’s due to an autoimmune disease but didn’t even realize that I had the option to file for disability. My doctor was talking lung transplant. I was a single mother of two being abandoned by my husband, so the bills needed paid. I’m not talking about luxury items, bills to me are rent, food, clothing, utilities etc. So I continued to work thru my life until I became an incomplete quadriplegic after having a tumor removed from inside of my spinal cord in 2010. Disability was approved without issue after spinal cord injury.

If I won't be able to use mine then they better quit taking it out of my check.

My son is bipolar and has autism. He WANTS to work but NOBODY will hire him. He is high functioning and it is ridiculous. We are going through vocational rehab now and I am praying someone will let this human that WANTS to work…work. It is just insane. He can talk, is very personable, kind, smart. He is NOT on any disability. He was denied it but nobody will hire him. Just sad.

I wish I could work on, off, beside, or under the table! I would rather have the ability to work and take a hike in the woods than to being disabled! Hate it!

They can kick us off at any time for any reason. Which should be against the law as it is our money not their money. Go figure that.
What's up with that???

I had a lung removed when I was 26 from a tumor blocking my left lung…..continued to work till was 47 when I acquired lymphoma….busted my but since I was 14 paying into the government …worked 40-60 hrs a week was typical for me in my professional career job….once I was treated for lymphoma ( took a huge toll on me with many long term side affects from chemo) after 6 years of trying to SSDI, I was finally granted it……I’ve struggled with one lung for 20 years …humidity and cold winters were difficult to say the least…
My lung Dr years ago asked if I wanted to apply for disability after my surgery? ….i said no, I needed and wanted to keep working had a family and I was the only provider for the most part…
I would gladly trade being off disability for a pair of healthy lungs and also get rid of my long term ailments from chemo.

I was on SSD and after 2 years I received a letter saying I could work and earn 1100.00 a month without benefits being cut. Heck if I could work I’d go back to my old job.
