If you havent had injury to the ear, its likely to do with high histamine. People have taken anti histamines and it goes, also quercetin and gingko biloba helps immensely, try to cut back on sugar as makes it worse.

What about Cortexi? Thankfully don’t have ringing, but I have “multiple” noises, they are tolerable, but they have had a mental/emotional Impact on my life. It is more of annoyance. I see a team of neurologist and have had 2-7cm stents placed behind both ears, next procedure will be an angiogram while awake😢, the noise I hear range from
Thumping, honing, bongs.. yes, bongs, whooshing, another one I call “raging storms”, sounds like off road vehicles off in the distance or a jet flying overhead..most days are different, I have “good” days, my worst days are when I have the sensation that both ears are plugged, often times I hear “drips” (sounds like bloyp bloyp bloyp etc) in my left ear
in addition I have pain behind my eyes 😢
I have had many MRI’s/x-rays/ expensive blood work…I was diagnosed with pulsatile tinnitus…but I spoke to a technician that makes specialized earplugs (I am sensitive to many certain noises) he had tinnitus for 40 years and told me what I have is definitely NOT tinnitus, based on my symptoms! After 4 years, I am still at a loss. I will be seeing the neurologist in October 🤞🏻 for the angiogram; in the meantime, I am willing to try this cortexi, but I need an honest opinion as I’ve come across MANY sites with different prices (scams possibly?)
For a 3 month supply it will cost me nearly 300.00 us (I live in Canada) therefore the exchange rate will be higher. Please help, I could use your advice.. providing you are a real doctors.. just saying .. one can never be too cautious as many ppl claim to be someone they are not (after doing research)
But I believe there are still honest ppl out there.

Right on, Dr. Ben. Thanks for this important heads-up to be careful about unproven and unregulated products. The only supplement I've ever thought may have helped me was magnesium.

No supplement has lowered my tinnitus lower than base levels, there are certain things that can make it worse, for example Ibuprofen, and the only thing that has shown to lower it back quickly to "base level" for me, is NAC. so I do take NAC daily, which is beneficial for many other things as well which is the main reason I take them, not for any tinnitus benefit, as I would only need it for that if my tinnitus is worse due to some medication.
