One common tendency among intelligent people is they assume they’re right because they’re intelligent. A person at the top in their field of expertise can easily fall prey to the assumption that, because they’re almost always right at their job, they must be right about other things they aren’t really qualified in. Especially when a large group of unqualified intellectuals also agree with their stance, further validating their opinion. The Dunning-Kruger effect is about overconfidence because of lack of KNOWLEDGE, not intelligence. Intelligent people are just as susceptible as people with lower IQs.

I gave a thumbs down on this video only because of that god-awful noise masquerading as "music". Regardless of its value as "music", it doesn't belong in anything where we're supposed to pay attention to the words! Toward the end, I was so annoyed that I was counting down the seconds before it ended. Music backgrounds are stupid unless it's a music video without words! This video is more of a validation for specific type of person. So if you are not like 'this' then you are deemed unintelligent. It violates the number on point in this video. One can conclude that the script writer must not be very intelligent and simply re-worded other's words without understanding what those words mean.

The word unintelligent to categorize a lot of theses signs are ridiculous. A lot of these behavioral signs also fall into the highly intelligent and Genius range!

Lack of intelligence is associated with clinging to their own worldviews and they won’t listen to another’s opinion. They won’t accept new information or contemplate that they’re wrong, doubling down on mistakes which only makes the outcome much worse.

My guess is that having a high percentage of these attributes would be a strong indicator, but if you analyze any one person's behavior (no matter how intelligent they are), you will almost certainly find at least one to several of these attributes. In other words, it's more about large clusters of these attributes than just a few.
