Charlie’s view of a good business is amazing. Never thought of it like he explained - we don’t like businesses that have to reinvest all their profits to stay alive.

Surely investing in ASML - the company who makes the machines which makes the chips for the semi-conductor companies (AMD, Intel, TSMC, Samsung, NVidia, Broadcom etc.) is the way to go?

I can't think of a better moat example in this case.
