I think it’s time to give a huge applause to Megan Boone. She did a terrific job through these 8 years guys! The only responsible ones for Keen’s treatment are the writers, not her. Whithout her The Blacklist isn’t gonna be the same and in the next season, everyone will realize how vital was her presence. Standing ovation to Megan!!

Im hoping they go with the "put her and agnes in hiding so they can finally be together, and now that she knows the truth she will allow reddington to protect her" route. Then they would still have good motive for red in season 9, because even though we wont actually see her red can still protect her from a far with whatever threat occurs. They could even pre record some scenes with liz befor she goes to use later on down the road to tie fill the plot more.

Megan Boone might be leaving. But perhaps Liz isn't. Maybe Liz goes through surgery and becomes someone new just like Reddington.

I don't think you will ever read this comment. Blacklist have been a part of my life for the past few years. We went through so many things in real life (e.g Covid-19) and Blacklist was there to keep us company ♥ I consider it to be the best TV series of my adult life, on my low 30s. And i came to love the moments, the memories, you and all the talented actors shared with us with your adventures.

Never before i've seen so much hatred directed towards a fictional character and their real life actor. I am here, humbled, to express my gratitude, love and affection towards the amazing time we had with the dynamic of Liz and Red during each and every episode! I was looking foward to each Friday night for each and every episode!

All those happy, sad, teary, emotional moments have brought us here! I am so sad to see you leaving the show. For me Blacklist = Liz + Red, can't be anything else.. I hope your character will at least get the closure she deserves for a "happy ending" for us and for Liz. I wish all the best for you and your family and hope to see you again soon, on new projects and adventures!!!

Honestly, it is very difficult to play a character like Elizabeth. People give all kinds of vilifying comments on the actress like it just won't matter at all to her personal or professional life. It needs to be stopped.

I hope Katrina is not Red because that would be an insult to the intellect of viewers. What about Anne? Red was with her intimately. How do they explain that? No matter the technology, such drastic transformation must leave clues. Making Res Katrina will ruin the credibility of the show and that's on period!

I feel like people do judge Elizabeth Keen actress Megan Boone really bad, it's impresive that this show went so far with so much hate. I do agree that Elizabeth as a person in the series was sometimes stubborn and she did not accept Red as father figure but i do believe the main reason was a storyline that required her to. The whole series were amazing, i've never felt so touched with storyline. Despite all the clashes we should respect the actors and even if it goes wrong support them.

Funny now all the people here in the comments are suddenly praising megan boone, whereas even 10 episode ago, where she did a break, everyone was blaming her and insulting her worst ways possible.

everyone is assuming that liz would die, but what if she is alive, like remember the house on the island, red was talking about, the one red offered to mr.kaplan and she rejected it
he said whoever opens the house, the servants staff, bodyguards would be loyal to them, so what if red offeres that house to keen and she moves their with agnes for forever and the last seen would be- the whole crew (the fbi squad, red and dembe ) having a nice final dinner together and with this, there's your happy ending to liz's character and if the directors want then megan boone can also do some guest apppearences . I honestly find shows like this so frustrating. Unnecessary Stretching a single mystery for YEARS. And then giving unsatisfying conclusions. Characters flip flopping. Acting outta character. Inconsistencies all over the place

The longer they're on & keep stretching it, the more it turns into a soap opera. "Your sister is your mother & your mother was your pet lizard & I was a figment of your imagination all along. Quick, it's time for someone to fake their own death or go rogue again"
