Omg thank you! I had no idea what was happening. Ally would not register anything but a low volt charge. I thought it had something to do with the BIOS but couldn’t do anything because it wouldn’t register a charger. Followed your video and the charger works! I could cry! Thank you!

I see this is from 2 months ago. My ally starting having problems a few days ago after some new update. It keeps restarting automatically. Once I put my pin number and log in, not a mi utensils goes by before it freezes up for like 5 seconds then restarts itself. I heard it's a bug going around so I know I'm not the only one. Should I just wait around a few days or so it might get fixed? I was on the verge of smashing my ally

My issue was while in game I would change the performance mode or change resolution and go back in game my controller won't work.

Had my armory crate suddenly crash and won't open at all.. my mouse pointer also missing, restart a few times also doesn't help.. reseting the armory crate app fixed it.. 👍🏻

The reset doesn't work for me, my OG Ally Extreme is having all kinds of issues relating to controls since installing AC 1.5. I have tried reset and a complete reinstall of AC. Mr only fix at present is to disable AC on startup and never go into it.

My Ally is completely bricked... I just went to turn it on a few months ago and it won't boot past the loading screen. Anyone have any suggestions? May just have to RMA it.

Still not fixed. My Command Centre keeps restarting periodically every 15-20 seconds. This means my controller thinks ive stopped pressing a button so for driving games I have to release RT and repress. Its super annoying.

Mine makes the screen look like it is in safe mode. If you change the resolution in the armoury crate from 720 to 1080 a few times and it fixes it. Another issue I'm having is that the touch screen is not working.

Not working, i did a update today, after that i cant play a single game it say my pc cant handle, my screen everything is small, keyboard not coming up when i click, i get crazy.

Also my whole windows screen is huge now, cant even read it the letters so small

So many ppl on strike about just upgrading haha the old ally is just not it..after you experience real battery life? I’ll never go back haha the x is what the ally shoulda been.
