When I was growing up and in school we couldn't wait till pizza day and there was something else I couldn't wait for and that was peaches with yeast rolls cause I would dip my rolled in the peach juice and make a P I G hog of myself LOL

The measurements for the flour and the water are reversed. Its 2 2/3 cup flour and 1 2/3 cup water. We were just going by what he said in the video and it was way too soupy.

First, pizza looks great...just like they made in the late 60's early 70's! I will be trying this! Thanks for sharing. After reading ALL the comments, the measurements for the flour and water are reversed in the video. If you make it like he said in the video, your dough will be too soupy. Should be 2 2/3 cups of flour and 1 2/3 cups of water. And I agree with another poster that the dough is not cooked quite enough. Maybe add another 5 minutes to the first bake IMHO. 😁
