Omg yes!!! So true about music! As Im starting to heal and now working on my wounded femininity I realize that music has a big effect on me. I use to be heavy on rap and hip hop but youre right, their lyrics bring women down and it tends to bring out my masculinity 2x more in the negative way. I was listening to szas kill bill and I realized those are some dark lyrics! Its clearly talking about some woman so obssessed with staying with the guy she "loves" that she ends up killing him. When clearly that woman has some serious mental health issues to be capable of that. Society just glamorizes it as unconditional love when its not. But yes thank you for pointing out music!
