Update: Testing Ray Tracing @ 4K with DLSS Q sees the 5090 beat the 4090 by a 26% margin on average. This data will be added to the upcoming RTX 5080 review, along with some GeForce 30 series data points.

So 26% is much higher than the 17% we saw at 1440p, but still very underwhelming and lower than the margin we saw for the mostly raster data.

Error Correction: The Dying Light 2 graph shows a 40% uplift for the 5090 over the 4090, which is correct, but we said it was 25%, it’s not 25%, it’s 40%. This doesn’t affect any of the data, all the data shown in the graphs is correct.

Having at least one 3000 and 2000 card on these graphs would help a lot for people who skipped a generation

In Germany you could get the 4090 for 1600€ or slightly above for quite a while. Now the price is constantly above 2200€ while Nvidia releases the 5090 with an msrp of 2329€. The 5090 now costs ~45% more than the 4090 once did here...
