My council (Dorset Council) have a 1* rating, is in the bottom 3 council tax value for money index, yet they want £230 a month off of me. They can go swivel!

So. The first priority is rent or mortgage. Then gas, electricity, water. Food. Clothing. Insurance and getting to work.
After that comes council tax. Or so it should be....
Whilst heads of councils trouser £165, 000 including 25k pension contributions, people who dont even earn 25k are being fleeced...
Its like going to a supermarket and having to buy one of every item on the shelves....you may not like prawns, or may be allergic to them, but you have to buy them...or cucumber, cat food beef, pot noodles, milk, cornflakes. I hope you get the point...why should we have to pay for stuff we dont ever use?
The council want us to pay for everything, even if not used.
A sign of tyranny, dictatorships, and not fit for purpose...
Then when we cant AFFORD TO PAY their fees they take you to "court" hired for the day by the council and paid for by taxpayers and MAKE us pay by threatening us.
Yes madame at the top skims off £13, 750 each month..of taxpayers money...
Rise up now and challenge their authority to even send us a "bill"...( an invouce we never agreed to pay, and UNDER NO OBLICATION TO PAY🎉

Liability orders are printed by the council and not a court document.

My liability order didn't come from a court, I phoned the court gave them the reference number and the court didn't know anything about it, also the summons didn't come from the court but came from the council.
When I told the court it was for council tax liability and they said the court stopped issuing liability orders a long time ago and wanted me to email the liability order because it has a court seal printed on it but no signature???
A liability order should have a wet signature so there is some accountability, I was told.
And I would like to say bailiffs have no authority and can not remove possessions from your house. But just to make sure, my house, possessions are in a private trust. I sent up the trust to protect my home from councils wanting me to sell my house to pay for care if that ever happens.
I would like to know your thoughts on the council issuing summonses and liability orders?
To my knowledge, a council cannot act as a court, and to involve bailiffs when you have written to them about not sharing data with third party interlopers 🤔

If they need a liability order then by that definition you were not liable to pay until then. Otherwise they wouldnt need fake document they could prove liability without it. All a con.

That works if you can use the phone if you cannot i we where in lockdown for covid and no one would come out. What didn't help was my bank was over twenty miles away so i was not aloud out. so it ended up going to a company that pays the debt then gets it back off me. I was always able to pay unless they asked for a lump sum which the council did. so i know pay them some from bank every month. I moved to a different country last may so i don't pay council tax. i just have to pay off my overdue money. I just thought i would mention that not all of us are well enough or smart enough and councils are managed with ignorant young fools who can pay by phone move money by phone and play stupid games by phone. I cannot i like money in my hand or direct debit, any other i haven't a clue and i forget. As you you can probably see from this letter i had a massive breakdown and accounts which i dealt with i suddenly could not do or understand other things not a problem. So would you appreciate when you make easy sounding comments there some people who cannot do it and you make them look stupid probable heartless would be better.
