I was over weight since childhood .. whenever i attend a family function my relatives will come to me with a diet plan or advise.. i will smile at the criticism, nd teasing even it felt like satbbing.. i used to follow many diet plans but failed multiple times.. then i realized i am not into regular cardio or any kinda workout, instead i need something fun and enthusiastic. Today for the first time i completed 30 mimutes of this challeng but with a single break of 5 minutes in between.. still my eyes were full..coz i ffelt i did something great.. thankyouu mam for making this easy.. i love you.. ❤❤

Hi Deepthi, this is anusha i want to loss weight, my neighbour recommended to do zumba, before i used to gym and swimming, but there is no time to go out instead of that i tried this dance workout that too which are very much fun and happiness and changed my diet, from 27/10/23 i started zumba 2 times a day within 1 week which is at 3/11/23 i losed weight 1.3kgs within a week from 62.2kgs to 60.9kgs, my height is 5ft.4 inches my target is to reach 55kgs at end of December and continue my good diet, so much motivated thank you.

This is an appreciation post to you Deepti. I had put on a lot of weight post partum and was clueless on how to begin with C Section cuts (twice) . Sometimes all you need is a point to start from and your Beginner's Video had been that instrumental push factor. I have never felt so good about myself even before embracing motherhood. Am on the 5th day of doing this workout 💪 I used to find difficulties in doing this in the beginning. I used to take break in between but now I can complete this whole workout without a single break in middle of it ❤I feel like am doing this so easily these days . I have been working out at home consistently for a year now. But sometimes exercising gets boring . I have always wanted to try zuma / dance workout but i sorely lack a sense of rhythm and is very awkward. But this is the first tutorial where i could actually follow the steps, i probably look ridiculous but i dont care . I hope this will help me improve my dance skills as well. Thank you.
