Hi, I am doing all yr exercise from March 2021.before I was 78 kg and now I am 59 kg.its true only.i want to thank u.i have back pain, but in yr exercise routine I am not getting any pain.thanks a lot.🙏

Hi Deepti Ma'am!! I want to thank you bcz in 2021 was my one of the horrible year ...But with your dance session I was getting enough peace nd also it reduced my weight also..I was 65..From August 25 I started zumba with diet within 2months I reduced 10 kgs nd now I am 52...Thank you once again🙏🙏

Hi Deepti!
I've been following your dance workout (especially the 40min belly workout and one of the 30min dance) everyday for about a month now. I coupled my workout with calorie deficit diet and 16/8 Intermittent fasting. I checked my weight today and I've already lost 8kgs!

Thank you Deepti for such a pure variety of exercises and movements. I just discovered your exercises and have done them two days consecutively. I love how you alert the audience when you are about to change to the next exercise. I love the Punjabi and Hindi songs and beats. The dance is also what I have loved to do with you in front of my screen. I have hurt my knee so your exercises are just where I fit so well.
Please keep up with all the varieties to keep us lose weight, get fit and feel good about ourselves and the beats keep us entertained as well. Sending you lots of hugs.

I do this work out since last few months regularly.
It gives me a day long enthusiasm. I feel happy and relaxed. It gives satisfaction and lets me enjoy my life more.
I get new ideas in my work and I perform better.
It is doing wonders for me.
