maybe you should have a talk to your fellow women for sending so many mixed messages to men about this.

1:50 wait, listening to you? Some liberal arts major who's not even lived a quarter of their life. Respect is earned, not given.

No. No. NO. Chivalry is a martial code of conduct, it first stood for horsemanship and then evolved to become the ideal behavior for the knight (the military elite of the time). You are confusing chivalry with being polite, it is POLITE to hold doors for people in a hurry, with their hands full, or out of respect.
The covering a puddle and pulling out a chair bits are neither chivalry or politeness. Covering a puddle shows that person that their convenience and comfort means more to you than your possession by placing it over a puddle so that they don't muddy their person, it is also not what you think. Nobles would have servants or slaves do this for them because mud and dirt could ruin their expensive clothing.
Also pulling out someone's chair is usually only seen when:
A) That person cannot pull it out themselves.
B) When two people are courting as it shows their respect for that person BY SERVING them.
So your desired behaviour from men is that of a servant or slave... Not at all indicative of how you want men to "treat her (women) like a princess" not like an equal.
But the worst part is that you could have spent five minutes on Google to realize that what you want is GALLANTRY, but then again that wouldn't fit with your narrative of being a white knight is something to be aspired to.
