Auburn Community Contributes to Haiti

One week after the earthquake in Haiti, relief organizations world-wide have provided aid to support the devastated country. According to the United Nations, 609,000 Haitians are living on the streets because of severe damage to their homes. The American Red Cross is infiltrated in the affected areas surrounding Port AU Prince, Haiti.
The global effort to rebuild the nation of Haiti will take years to revive, however, individuals and organizations must take the initiative to donate even the smallest amount of money to contribute to medical supplies, anti-biotics, shelter, clothes, food and water.
