I had braces for 2 years, and I had to get four teeth pulled out (two on the top and two on the bottom). I had a giant over bite and my bottom teeth were crowding. Those two years of pain were WORTH it! My teeth are much easier to clean without all the crowding at the bottom and the over bite doesn't hide my bottom teeth as much anymore. My face was swollen most of the time because I guess my mouth is just REALLY sensitive. Thanks for reading this all the way!

3:47 i know that pain bryson, i had one when i was 11, i was day in and day in again trying to pick out stuff from when i ate, the only thing is that when they cranked it i didn't feel any pain, just pressure although once when my mom was cranking it, the gear slipped off the crank socket and scratched me on the palate, the only time it hurt! lovely video bryson! keep it up!

As somone who has had a "palate extender", the pain when your tongue touches it is 100% real.
